By downloading, installing, or using Hyro Music, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The app

Hyro Music is provided free of charge, with no subscription or paid tier. The source code is currently private and may be made publicly available on GitHub in the future. If published, the applicable license included in the repository will govern the use, copying, and modification of that code.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, and to respect the terms of service of any third-party platform the app connects to, such as YouTube Music or Spotify.

No warranty

Hyro Music is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the app at your own risk. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of Hyro Music are not liable for any damages arising from the use, or inability to use, the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Hyro Music evolves. The latest version will be published on the official website, along with the updated revision date. Where required by applicable law, users will be notified of material changes or asked to accept revised terms.
